Seed Unloading Unit (with Blower Seed Unloading System): The seed unloading unit is installed for storage.

Pre-Cleaning Machine Group: It is the first machine group of the plant for the separation of seed dust, dreg and waste.

Acid Reactor Machinery Group (Chromium Carriers): For carrying the seed with diluted sulfuric acid.

Delinter (500kg / h): It is used for cleaning the dreg on the sides of the seed.

Black Seed Conveyor Belt: Used to transport delinted seeds to the cleaning unit.

Detailed Cleaning Machine: Black Seed is used for separating the broken, dents and waste in the seed.

Gravity Machine Group: It is used for separating coarse seeds from relatively hollow, weak, small, dented and immature seeds by air, slope and vibration according to the original weight of the seeds.

Neutralization Machine Group: In order to increase the pH value on the seed, it is washed with chemical material.

Big-Bag Filling Unit: The semi-finished seeds are taken into big-bags with desired batch size.

Seed Disinfection Machine Group: Coloring of semi-finished seeds in pesticides by mixing with pesticides.

Seed Packing Machine Group: The seeds coming from the disinfection unit are packed with the desired weight of the bags with stitched or valve bags, and are made ready for sale.

Elavators with Buckets: Used to transfer products between machines.

AUXILIARY OPERATING MACHINES

Acid Concentration Preparation Unit: Pure acid is diluted with water and sulfa and pumped into acid solution reactor.

Cyclone and JetpoleFilter: Air cleaning of slag dust and fuzzy seeds in the delinter.

Cotton seed processing is a special process, different from other cereals and legumes products. Fence dispatch, storage, storage, processing, pesticide and packaging processes.

It is a process with serious details to obtain a quality product and 95% germination seed while performing these processes.

In the past, around the world cotton seed was planted in the field as a seed and a higher seed was cultivated per hectare thus the efficency and the quality were low because the dead seeds, marginal seeds and broken seeds were planted together without any sorting process.

Nowadays seeds can be delinted and processed, empty or slightly broken seeds can be seperated from heavy and full ones so high efficiency and quality can be obtained thanks to cotton seed delintation plants.

Unnecessary transportation costs and time loss should be avoided by bringing the unsuitable seed pile to the plant.

When the correct product arrives at the facility, samples are taken and quality controls are performed.

According to the quality criteria, it is stored in the appropriate warehouse with the help of blower conveying system or a construction machine.

The seed is passed through the pre-cleaning unit and extracted from the dust and cavities inside it and sent to the seed reactor unit.

In the sulfuric acid preparation unit, the previously diluted sulfuric acid is pumped into the reactor unit.

The seed, which is passed with a proper flow in the reactor unit, is mixed with acid and treated in the reactor.

The seed is transported to the holes, transferred to the seed screening unit, which is delinted in the holes, through the cleaning machine, broken seeds and dust and stems are removed.

Empty, broken or immature seeds are then extracted in the gravity machine and the heavy and solid seeds filled are transferred to the neutralization unit.

Since we apply acid to the seed in the reactor, it is neutralized to increase the pH level on the seed after delintation.

The seeds are stored in big bags in semi-finished form.

When the planting dates approach, semi-finished seeds are coated with fungicide and insecticide drugs and paints then are taken into sales packages.

In some steps of this process, sample seed is given to the quality assurance laboratory and germination analysis is performed.
