In 2017 Taren Engineering obtained the patent of the machine for cottonseed delinting (delinter) Turkey. This move has paved the way for cottonseed cultivation in Turkey as well as Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Turkic Republics. We are manufacturing a complete, turnkey cottonseed delinting plant covering assembly, startup, training, test production of the entire plant with committed to providing the final product to the client. COTTON SEED DELINTATION PLANT MACHINERY

 1- Seed Unloading Unit (with Blower Seed Unloading System): The seed unloading unit is installed for storage.

 2- Pre-Cleaning Machine Group: It is the first machine group of the plant for the separation of seed dust, dreg and waste.

 3- Acid Reactor Machinery Group (Chromium Carriers): For carrying the seed with diluted sulfuric acid.

 4- Delinter (500kg / h): It is used for cleaning the dreg on the sides of the seed.

 5- Black Seed Conveyor Belt: Used to transport delinted seeds to the cleaning unit.

 6- Detailed Cleaning Machine: Black Seed is used for separating the broken, dents and waste in the seed.

 7- Gravity Machine Group: It is used for separating coarse seeds from relatively hollow, weak, small, dented and immature seeds by air, slope and vibration according to the original weight of the seeds.

 8- Neutralization Machine Group: In order to increase the pH value on the seed, it is washed with chemical material.

 9- Big-Bag Filling Unit: The semi-finished seeds are taken into big-bags with desired batch size.

 10- Seed Disinfection Machine Group: Coloring of semi-finished seeds in pesticides by mixing with pesticides.

 11- Seed Packing Machine Group: The seeds coming from the disinfection unit are packed with the desired weight of the bags with stitched or valve bags, and are made ready for sale.

 12- Elavators with Buckets: Used to transfer products between machines.

AUXILIARY OPERATING MACHINES

 13- Acid Concentration Preparation Unit: Pure acid is diluted with water and sulfa and pumped into acid solution reactor.

 14- Cyclone and JetpoleFilter: Air cleaning of slag dust and fuzzy seeds in the delinter.
